      great pay, overtime if needed, great benefits. 8 days off in a row once a month

      Cons

      swing shift schedule and on call all of short days (but don't get called in that much, unless someone quits or is sick.)

      Shift work is alternating and rotating (2 weeks days then 2 weeks nights)
