KINDLY DO NOT COLLABORATE WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PURPOSE ESPECIALLY EMPLOYMENT. I worked for 9 months with this organisation and came across the fact that Afycon is run by highly immature and inexperienced people. I appreciate the courage of doing so. Coming to the reason why I am so vocal about my dissatisfaction is the humiliation they do to you. At first you are shown wide areas of growth and later they litter you out. The organisation LACKS ETHICS AND VALUES, DOESN'T RESPECT ITS EMPLOYEES AND IS A THREAT TO ONE'S BLOSSOMING CAREER. They FIRE ANYONE AT ANY POINT OF TIME WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, GIVE BIASED INCREMENTS (for example they gave me zero but a 12k rise to another employee) provide POOR WORK CULTURE & INFRASTRUCTURE. The company shifted its many employees to an unknown and newly established company called SPSK so as to evade tax. The respective company has no website and identity in the web as a result it is harmful to one's resume.
The owners Mr Sumit Kala and Mr Deepak Wadhwa are in their twenties with hardly any education background and work experience. Adding to it, they lack maturity to meet with issues of employees and also, they cause misunderstanding between employees. Further, their immaturity leads to politics, mis-communication and hampered relations. Anyone who has steady plans to grow in life, please DO NOT COLLABORATE WITH AFYCON.
