Good people With Good benefits. Company is still growing & improving. More properties being added. Good work/home life balance. Strong team of support.

Upper management is a little unorganized but they are learning and trying to improve as the company grows. Depending on the property and position there’s not a lot of room to grow at the moment.

Afton does do an annual raises as well as a housing discount. They do have a good commission structure.
