Pros

There is no longer anything good to say about this company. I only gave it even 1 star because I had to in order to post.

Cons

As of December 31st (we were notified December 28th) the company has all but eliminated administrative hours when employees are not on a biohazard removal “call out”. All jobs, upon hiring, were advertised, presented and signed off as full time positions. We were to have 40 hours per week administrative/office time, at minimum wage, if we were not dispatched to a cleaning job. A few days ago the company, nation wide, reduced all admin time to an average of 8 hours PER WEEK to be divided among all employees in each shop (anywhere from 2 to 9 people per shop). We are also expected to remain “available” for callouts anytime of day or night with no standby pay, effectively preventing us from working a second job. No one can live this way, and they are forcing us to quit so they don’t have to pay higher unemployment rates for terminating or laying us off. We are suddenly virtually unemployed and uninsured. It’s reprehensible. Same company as Service Master, fyi.

Pros

The people you work with are great

Cons

Everything. Bad management, extremely unstable hours, very low pay for the work. Oh and look up all the lawsuits they have!
