Like any growing company, there are still opportunities to refine processes and continue scaling efficiently. However, leadership has demonstrated a willingness to listen, adapt, and invest in improvements, which makes these challenges feel like opportunities rather than obstacles.

There are not that many pros in all honesty. When traveling you get to stay in nice hotels and points. However, the client picks all of that up not the company.

They are extremely late in paying their 1099 consultant staff. They claim to be net 30 however it can often take well over 90 days to get paid. They will also not pick up the interest since you are using your own personal card. Favoritism runs rampant within the organization and is seen constantly. If you are leading an event you will most likely be assigned last minute even if the event was booked months in advance which is frustrating as you will not be able to build the client relationship. Leadership leads from behind not in front all while preaching how great they are and saying how poor you are.
