      Pros

      I learned a lot about non-profit work just by being in this office with a team that was so open and encouraging. I felt I was well-compensated for the work I was doing.

      Cons

      I only wish I could have stayed longer and gone to more events where I'd have had a chance to meet more donors. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic got in the way.
