      ACBF is a good place to work. Salaries are competitve compared to the market rate. About the environment of work, most of the managers are sympathetic, full of energy and very professional.

      Cons

      There is a need to improve the management style in some ways. e.g: improve the communication by speaking to each other instead of limiting communication to the emails.
