      Excellent perks and benefits Multicultural environment and diverse nationalities

      Cons

      No proper processes and guidelines, difficult culture to break into. Toxic culture, no work life balance, Team calls over public holidays, weekends and at night and you get scolded for setting up boundaries. A lot of bait and switch jobs

      Good experience. Great people to work with and learn from. Loved being able to live in Cairo

      Honestly I had no issues whatsoever. I really had more issues with the city than anything else.
