      Monthly "all-hands" meetings Regular one-on-one meetings with peers, BDMs & owners Engaging assignments Wide range of industries & company sizes supported

      Cons

      The only downside to working with Afidence, and it is no fault of its own, was that the assignments were over an hour commute away

      Pros

      Flexible and remote work. It's a great place to work since you communication is great and you can work when you like. No 9-5 law! and you can do 100% remote from anywhere as long as you deliver.

      They have the hire and fire model!
