The staff in general are amazing. Anyone below upper management is extremely nice and friendly. Even the clerical staff.
Cons
Extremely high employee turnover and no changes made by the management. Employees can go make their claim of what the issue or who the issue is, no action is taken in any form. Certain people brought in for sales micromanage other departments and other employees. Extremely late hours, pointless meetings about meetings. Terrible pay. Well below industry. No Hybrid or WFH options. For an IT company this is ridiculous.
