Pros

None that I can think of except few good managers. If you are lucky you may have a good manager. Otherwise God help you!

Cons

All new joinees should note these down before joining: 1. Pay per performance component is a farce. Its not dependant on your performance or company's performance. Its dependant on several factors. This is not clarified in the offer letters. So 95% of the employees never get the monthly performance bonus. 2. You have leaves, but you cannot use them as your performance bonus is based on your leaves. 3. Most team members and managers do not have knowledge of the product. It feels like the managers are managing a BPO center. 4. Company has a 3 month notice period, which is insane! 5. The company will withhold your salary for entire 3 months once you resign. They will pay the total final settlement after 45 days after your last day. 6. So you will be without salary for almost 4.5 months, if you decide to resign. 7. People are leaving the company in droves and the attrition is high. So they have increased the notice period to 3 months. 8. The HR can neither identify good talent nor the company can afford to pay for good talent. 9. The Top management is blind to all the problems in the company and does not care. 10. Finally, the most clueless HR policies and HR team who do not have a grasp on industry trends and good practices.

Pros

There are some long time employees, from across the org, that were pretty good on a personal level.

Cons

Leadership is sooo out of touch, it is not even funny. CEO constantly talks about AI, but doesn't have a clue, they struggle to even build a data repository to capture user and campaign data - so nothing in terms of insights from the last 20+ years in the marketing industry. So no data science... no real AI value. Pretty much everything is outsourced, from ops and creative services to offshore resources (which is fine, some good IC's in Pune and Cebu), to even their user interface which is built by their competitors. They literally have little to no proprietary technology of value. Everything is manual or out of date software. High turnover - low morale. Hire and Fire resources that could not fix their dumpster fire of a company, plus a lot of the sales org is now jumping ship.
