The company offers a family-feel environment where you are supported, encouraged and given the right tools to perform to the highest standard. Working within Affinity Workforce, being able to support both sub-brands (CER and Monarch Education) gives me full access to see the strides being made to become the best and it's truly inspiring. The mission is to become the education recruitment company most admired for its people. This is 100% adhered to by all and I honestly can't say a bad word about the company.
