Get s*** done culture, but not in a toxic way. You have the freedom to pursue your ideas and experiment. Try things, fail or succeed fast, learn, and move on. Very exciting place to work.
Cons
Systems can sometimes be a little temperamental, and it takes a little longer to get those resolved with such an efficient team, but it's something they work hard on improving.
