Environment is fast paced with wonderful teamwork and great coworkers.

The amount of work that has to be completed with the staff that we have is not sufficient to meet patient demand.

The location was great, and my co-workers were exceptionally talented with great personalities. However, most of those co-workers have since moved on to other companies as a result of the negative aspects of this start-up.

It became obvious very quickly that the president was unstable, and that the start-up was not in a viable position as a result. He treats management more like minions than human beings...which means the people who want to remain human beings all eventually leave the company.
