      Great hours Front office management is good for the most part Most clinics are great to work in Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Low pay rate compared to competitors HR department does not follow through or follow up with hardly anything, no matter how big or small Wants you to work your butt off but overtime is extremely frowned upon Billing department is almost fraudulent Yearly pay raises are a joke

      Pros

      I have been in the same office for 17 years and I absolutely love it. Great doctor and Nurse Practitioner to work with. I’ve seen them come and seen them come back. This office environment is beautiful, we all help each other from the time the patient walks through the door and until they leave. I have many that are like family and I keep getting more. I’m so blessed to have this position and I treasure every minute of it.

      I would love to have a window in my office, that I can see out but you can’t see in.
