Great place to work. Management cares about employees and shows it.

Really no cons. Growing business with ample opportunities.

The pay was good but not enough

They want all the work done but give no raises the supervisors and plant manager care more about there raises then the people who actually do the work everyday. Expect you to work in all departments again with no raise and no appreciation.
