      Pros

      Great Schedule flexibility, Paid weekly, a lot of Opportunities for Promotions, Great Benefits, and the Company really cares about their Work Family (Employees) as well as your Family outside of work. I would definitely recommend working here. It's a somewhat extensive Hiring process, because they want Quality over Quantity.

      Cons

      Nothing that really sticks out unless you hate a great paying job that you won't want to leave.

      Pros

      Office space is fine. Training met baseline expectations for onboarding.

      Cons

      Upper management enforces an extremely high level of micromanagement. Daily activity is tracked in detail, including time spent away from the desk, with minimal autonomy in how work is structured or completed. The environment is highly monitored, leaving little flexibility in day-to-day workflow. Your bathroom breaks are tracked, you are pretty much chained to your desk.
