Pros

-Great pay $$ (this includes salary, bonuses, raises & prizes that you get for excellent work) -The work is SUPER EASY (you have to have computer skills and they provide paid training) -A good starter job to move onto something better -Great for college students because you can choose your own schedule -Pleasant Co-Workers -The facilities are really clean and cute -Teaches you professionalism -TheHub & Lync (you'll find out when you start working there!!) -Events for the holidays, fun competitions between coworkers and occasionally free stuff -You may have to work holidays, since the facility is open 24hrs, but it was actually fun. They make it pleasant for you. -The pay (yes it's listed again): you're paid for every single second you're scheduled to work there besides 30minutes lunch -It's a great starter starter job! So apply, finish training and form your own opinion about the job. The reviews are only to guide your decision and the rewards are real!

Cons

-High turnover rate: Besides the fact that a lot of people get fired for being unprofessional (breaking rules that they you about on day 1), people resign for better jobs. A lot of people use it as a transitional job. -Don't get too attached to people that you train with because they might be there for long. -They over sell how "great" the job is when you first start working there, during training. The work becomes mundane after about 2 weeks of working on your own. -It gets really boring sometimes especially during slow day. You can't do anything besides work when you're at your desk. (Not really a strong con because some coworkers abuse privileges) -You notice the hierarchy once the façade clears and you notice favoritism (e.g. I saw a manager bought some people in my department lunch, personally I feel that is unprofessional either you buy everyone lunch or no one at all) -They are really strict on time, which is understandable, but even your breaks are timed. You can still get penalized if you have an actual emergency and can't get to work on time even when you tell them. (This is not a huge con if you're a punctual and don't have a lot of outside responsibilities) -You can spend a long time sitting down, they have horrible chairs. -You can only work here for years if this is your dream job and you're comfortable with the possibility of not advancing in the company.

Pros

Office space is fine. Training met baseline expectations for onboarding.

Cons

Upper management enforces an extremely high level of micromanagement. Daily activity is tracked in detail, including time spent away from the desk, with minimal autonomy in how work is structured or completed. The environment is highly monitored, leaving little flexibility in day-to-day workflow. Your bathroom breaks are tracked, you are pretty much chained to your desk.
