Pros

None. This company is poorly run and most likely has less than 12 months to go. Even the former COO left because of this, and everyone knows it.

Cons

Every team has poor leadership. There are also some grumpy gremlins who appear to need help outside of work. This is not the company for anyone who wants to grow.

Pros

Everyone works hard, takes ownership, and has a passion for their function and what we are building. People are nice and helpful. A good mix of both independent and team work. Startup culture with flexibility to work hybrid and/ or remote. Easy to communicate with anyone in the organization and people value having an opinion and taking leadership roles. Company has some really innovative products and has a lot of opportunity to grow with them

Cons

Industry and company have shifts and for a small company there are lot of pivots in strategy to adjust to where the market is heading. These can be stressful but also yield a lot of opportunity to grow and learn new aspects of the business and market. Not a good place for people who aren't adaptable or are used to very narrow focused roles ad there's a lot of cross-functional work and extension beyond base job roles that many may not be comfortable learning or undertaking. Fast pace and high intensity required may not be for everyone.

Pros

I’ve had a great experience working at Afficiency. The team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. There’s a strong sense of mutual respect, and people are willing to help each other succeed. Leadership is another standout aspect. They are transparent, approachable, and clearly invested in both the company’s direction and employee growth. Decisions feel thoughtful and well-communicated, which builds trust across the organization. The culture is one of the company’s biggest strengths. It strikes a good balance between professionalism and flexibility, creating an environment where people can do their best work without unnecessary pressure. Supportive and capable team Strong, transparent leadership Positive and healthy work culture

Cons

As a growing company, some processes are still evolving
