Not much. Average to slightly below average benefits and pay. You'll also never work at the job you applied for because they'll need to move you somewhere else to fill holes.
Cons
See above. The company really only cares about fulfilling a contract long enough to get paid. They also will keep contracts understaffed for as long as possible and pocket the extra money rather than give any sort of raise or incentive to the overworked staff.
