Aexus has the best leadership team I have ever experienced at any company! This company is unique in a very special way. And below I have shared a few reflections that from my experience, thus far! First, every employee has direct access to the Managing Directors all the way up to the CEO himself. Second, they truly care about your success, they listen, and take action when change is needed to be made to help you be successful. Third, this is a team centric environment at all levels of the funnel. There is no such thing as hierarchy as everyone at this company is in it to succeed on behalf of our customers together! Fourth, Aexus will challenge you to think outside the box, it will help you development and sharpen your time management skills and polish your communication skills. Since extensive experience in Account Executive role is a must, you will be rewarded in applying your experience without being micro-managed! And finally, at Aexus you are working with the brightest tech startup in Europe and Israel! You are speaking directly to the Founders/CEO's and their leadership teams. They have put their trust in us , relying on you, and depending on you to help them succeed in the USA!
