Decent base pay It’s a fun workplace

Honestly the pay is very inconsistent took me and my coworkers a month to get paid $100

The Drone and some of the technology are nice.

The CEO has trust issues so you're already at a disadvantage. He is a micromanager and thinks he knows how to do your job better than you and will let you know how to do your job in a tirade of at least an hour or more. He will dump tasks on you and then dump on you for not getting it right the first time, while he hasn't trained you on anything. He is toxic and finds ways to make you feel bad about yourself (deep-seated issues internally). He needs to feel superior by tearing you down and he will bring it up over and over again ad naseum like a broken down recorder. It caused me so much stress that I had to go to therapy to overcome the trauma from this toxic situation. You always feel like you're going to be fired (kind of like a cop trailing you from behind waiting for you to make a mistake). He constantly changes direction and is never on time. I got sick of having to make excuses for him for being late to every meeting. His communication style is unclear but he will chastise you for one spelling error or a typo. You start to doubt yourself and then do everything wrong because of the microscope he puts you under. He disappears for days and then turns up on a rampage. You can't reason with him because he will only see or hear what he wants to hear and will twist things and gaslight you. Truly a horrible experience and the worst management style I've ever worked under. Thankfully, it was short-lived but apparently, most of the people don't last long (if they have any self-respect). Perhaps that is why he moved away from Colorado to California. But wherever you go, there you are. Things haven't changed.
