      Pros

      You get a decent healthcare plan and it's available from the time of hire and the dress code is very lax.

      Cons

      The pay is much lower than those of similar jobs at different companies. The work itself is very tedious and repetitive. The culture is messed up to the point where people will be condescending to you if you don't have a degree.
