Brutal environment to work in as people are very political - Manager Aeroplan Employee Review

This review is for the old Aeroplan company (under Aimia) that was situated at Vendome. I enjoyed my time working here because of the people. The company had a great community feel and supportive team environment. There are opportunites for growth within your role but not through promotions.

Getting promoted to a higher role was much more diffcult to come by. I wouldn't say it came often either but I believe, it's because people didn't leave their higher role positions to make way for that opportunity.

Stability based on unionized environment.

Due to union, environment and advancement is based on tenure. Focus is not on merit.
