Opportunities for learning - I was in direct control of a key product element and given real responsibility. I really enjoyed the role in for the challenge that it offered me in learning new skills and really taking ownership of my role. I left for a role in a large team and I miss the freedom and diversity of work that Brigeen gave me at Aerona. Its a great company and if I probably should never have left.

Small team, may not be for everyone. Its a dynamic environment with various projects running simultaneously and requiring everyone to pitch in at times.

Aerona is a small company with a great, committed team and the energy that you get out of company with an innovative product that is growing fast in the market. Flexible working is great and if you are willing to learn and roll your sleeves up you will thrive. Working directly alongside the founder and owner gives a great insight into the whole business and a growing team means lots of chances to progress.

Fast growth can be stressful at times and the team is growing to keep up, but it makes for a dynamic environment with loads of opportunity.
