I have only good things to offer on my experience working with Aeroflow, specifically the Urology department. Training is top notch; growth is encouraged, and rewarded; feedback is constructive and helpful; and I believe management - ALL management - truly cares about the employees and wants to see us succeed. If you are willing to trust the process, and push yourself professionally, you will do well - they literally give you everything you need, and from the beginning. However, if you are okay with status quo, there is still a place for you …. If you choose to be consistent and steady rather than grow, as long as your customer service and work ethic is strong, you’re still valued and treated well. Coffee. The coffee is top notch also, truly a fantastic perk.
Cons
Hire more like minded people! There aren’t enough employees to handle the massive growth of the company! That’s really my only con.
