      Pros

      I have worked at aeroflow in sales for about two years now. The work environment and company atmosphere is very positive and rewarding. The team leaders and upper management have created a family environment and strive to communicate well with all departments and keep everything transparent for all departments. Very pleased with my decision to join this company.

      Would recommend more one on one training for new hires.

      Great benefits, WFH, wellness reimbursement

      Cons

      They offer great benefits in exchange for being their slave and constantly watching you, even as a responsible employee. Their OUTDATED program crashes 10x a day. One time their program crashed for the majority of the day and I could't finish an account and the operations executive (I think is his title) privately messaged me asking why an account was incomplete. Didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt. Tone deaf and lame
