      Great mentorship from senior tech members Very friendly team Junior members get recognition and are heard

      Cons

      Not really a con, but things are moving / changing quickly so this isn’t a place for people who need constant supervision and guidance, you will have to figure things out yourself a lot, although the senior members will always help when needed. Don’t isolate yourself.

      There are a lot of pros about working at Aerobotics, including getting to work with incredibly talented people every day on a meaningful vision.

      Cons

      Aerobotics is continually working at identifying cons and collectively working to address these. Examples are the recent implementation of a performance management system to address additional incentives as we grow.
