There’s never a dull moment, and you get to see your work take flight—literally. Hands-On Experience: Engineers here get exposed to all phases of the aircraft development lifecycle, from concept to flight test. If you're proactive and curious, you'll learn a ton. Flat Hierarchy: The leadership is approachable, and it’s not uncommon to work directly with the CEO or VPs on projects. Tight-Knit Culture: The team is full of smart, motivated people who genuinely care about the work and each other. Innovation-Friendly: If you bring a good idea, chances are you’ll get the green light to pursue it. There’s room for creativity.

Workload Can Be Heavy: High expectations and ambitious schedules mean long hours, especially during crunch time. Resource Planning: Communication and resource planning could be better. Limited Formal Training: Most of the learning is on the job.
