If you're look for a home where you can make the best of your skills and surround yourself with people that are smart, friendly, humble, and hardworking. Come on! Aerobase offers benefits and actually pays for your Health insurance. The company is growing so there are opportunities to grow within the company which is something I was really wanted when looking for a job. I love that they provide regular communication and understand work-like balance and actually respect it. Culture and Team building are helpful tools they implement regularly which is great for morale. The work load is average to me nothing strenuous and you can just mentally leave it at work.

I would hardly call this a con, but the office is very quiet which for me took some getting used to.

Nice physical environment. Friendly coworkers. Easy access, away from the city.

No structure in software development. Basically one person runs the show and there’s little adherence to a typical software development life cycle. They have no patience with people learning their processes and expectations are to hit the ground running with in-house developed MVC software. They terminated me out of the blue and would not inform me of the reason telling me it was confidential, so I had no indication if it was performance related.
