Pros

Nice office. Casual dress code. Free lunch. Great Industry to work.

Cons

Company practices pay discrimination. Your pay is based upon how much HR likes you. The process used to determine employee compensation compared to industry standards and the local market is inaccurate. This has been an ongoing problem with previous management and now with new management Passive aggressive management. Management has an across the board culture that if they don’t like an employee they throw work at them to force them to quit. They will give you unreasonable due dates and prioritize everything to force you to quit. No work/Life balance . New reorg has resulted in triple the work load. Management does not respect their employees and how much effort you are making. No matter how much you get accomplished it’s never enough. You have to do more with the same pay. You work after hours, weekends and late nights and you are expected to work on your PTO . HR is focused on supporting top management. There are no checks and balances. If you raise a complain with HR you will be escorted out and they will tell everyone that you have resigned.

Pros

I love coming to work each day, lots of friendly faces. Executive team is great at team building and encouraging us to want to work AND have fun. Flexible when needed as long as work gets done. We get some sort of extra all the time; cookies, ice cream, infused waters, free lunch once a month, encouragement to get out and be healthy, contests for team building. I have been in the work force for 26 years and haven't worked for a better company. **many of the reviews I read on here are ex-employees who were let go for their own bad behaviors, it always goes both ways and it is human nature to blame the other guy for what is wrong**

Cons

Some Middle Managers don't give credit or praise, but the receive credit for your job well done. BUT that happens in any company. Another thing that happens out in Corporate America is Middle Managers to Director level talking down to employees their own or other departments. I know the Exec team is working on turning this culture around. Leadership members have a monthly meeting to encourage personal/managerial growth. They have recognized an area that needs improvement and have started working toward that end.
