Pros
Provides free food and evening snacks although not of great quality but it is okay. Not any other I can think of. If you’re reading the reviews, you can find the pattern that these are fake as most of 5* are posted on almost same days like 27th Oct 2017 and between 13 Feb and 14th Feb and some other dates.Read out the cons to get the real feel.
Cons
If you want to play with you career, come and have fun. You can be fired or put on PIP without any reason if manager doesn’t like you. Management is so dumb that they are keep on ignoring this. The owner shouts at his employees like anything. HR are helpless. They know everything but does nothing as they may not have the authority an HR may have. Salary gets paid on 6th every month which gives a feeling that you are working in factory. Work culture is pathetic. If someone comes late for some reason, he is screwed up by manager big time. They have every policy as a showcase which you can see but can’t adopt it. For instance WFH, if you have to avail, have to beg for it. The recognition is only to chamchas like the qa lead gets promoted to manager as he is the one. The problem doesn’t end here, even I think of leaving the organisation, I may not get paid my full and final settlement as the people who left already 3-4 months back doesn’t get their dues.
