Was great... until it wasn't - Marketing Executive Aerial Direct Employee Review

I was warned by an employee that progression is on a 'If your face fits' scenario I was harassed by an employee when I said I wouldn't date them, when I reported it to my manager who was initially shocked saying; 'I told him not to ask you out' he told me to drop it. It got worse. I then went away to London for the weekend and caught Covid (and provided proof) which they didn't believe, so they wanted to fire me, I got there first and decided to hand in my resignation. It was amazing before it all went sour.
