Pros
- We don't do much, we follow a step-by-step script, watch the robot and we take notes. - You don't really need to know what is the problem, just observe the robot, if something goes out from the script, an engineer will take a look. - The manager is very good, he let us arrive late and leave early without any complaint. - We have several shifts, so you can let some of your tasks to the next shift without much concern, somebody else will finish for you.
Cons
- Payment could be better, but for the amount of stress and workload we have, it is enough. - As a startup, we should have more free food and perks.
