Pros
This is a good place for an internship while in school. It's a good entry level position for fresh grads to gain lab skills. Co-workers are friendly, and are supportive.
Cons
The lab is under poor management and organization. Training is very minimal, and you are expected to be fully trained within a week. There's no room for growth after about a year. The pay is extremely low for the amount of work you are doing - almost twelve-hour days, five days a week.
