      Pros

      A good place to gain initial laboratory experience. There’s potential for growth, but only due to positions constantly being vacated. Most employees are friendly and personable.

      Cons

      Pay is low for the Bay Area for the amount of work you’re assigned to. You work long hours most days. Distribution of work is uneven among employees and there’s no work life balance. Management has a poor attitude and makes it difficult to voice concerns. Which makes it hard to feel respected.

      Fun group of people to work with, people seem to enjoy time spent at lab and hanging out together after. Seems to have good relationships with clients who speak very highly of services. Lab directors care about employees

      Company has added a lot of employees recently but needs to continue to add people to deal with busier periods
