None at all, honestly...shocking place to work. Wasted good years of my life here. Some of the people are OK, but are so downtrodden and institutionalised so as to be unemployable elsewhere
Cons
Aggressive dictatorial company. CEO's ego comes first - rewrites history to justify poor decisions and takes credit for everyone else's hard work. No trust displayed at all - penny pinching suffocating cost control. You are assumed to be working against the company if you want to spend or invest company money. Senior team constantly argue and plot against each other. Strong fear culture - best to keep your head down and don't query or challenge anything. That will only mark you out for bullying and being sacked.
