      Pros

      Good treatment of staff, opinions are valued and management are very understanding about health or personal issues. Good opportunities for career progression, great benefits, the colleague recognition system is great. Good yearly bonus.

      Cons

      Their pay and progression model favours people who do less work. Diversity and inclusion panel is made up of 90% white men and one or two white women.
