Pros

Nice city centre office, clear and quick recruitment process, lovely team. The hours are reasonable, although they vary with the contract, and they don't push people onto lates /weekends without good reason.

Cons

The client for the contract I'm on was staggeringly unreasonable, putting endless pressure on middle management to meet targets that were often not even outlined till we failed to hit them, demanding any requests they made to be done within a few hours, while often not responding to requests for information needed to complete said requests, for up to a month (while simultaniously complaining the work wasn't done). The reason this is a company 'con' is that middle- and upper-management were very ready to throw their staff under the bus to calm a client. At one point, rather infamously fired / 'requested the resignation of' 80% of their HR department to appease one client.

Pros

Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

Cons

The scheduling could be more flexible .
