      Pros

      Working with Aegis is fun more because of the quite open culture. 5 day work week is also good now, since earlier it was 5.5 day week

      Cons

      Currently there are a lot of insecurities within the organization and there have been layoffs too.

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
