      Pros

      Not many. They don't judge you much. Easy to get a job. Easier to get along with people too

      Cons

      Lot of things are broken. From transport to the food in the cafeteria. Most of the freshers / new comers are not serious about the job.

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
