      There are absolutely No pros

      Cons

      A few I can think instantly are- 1- Poor Management 2- Partial supervisors constantly favoring certain individuals 3- Being Unreasonable when you state genuine concerns 4- Paying peanuts in the name of salary & expecting you to make sacrifices for the work
