Pros

You can get hired quickly if you're between jobs.

Cons

Misinformation. We were told that there were bonuses that would allow us to increase our salary. We never received anything in writing detailing these bonuses. We were eventually given gift cards to no-name restaurants. On our last payday, we only received half of our paychecks. We were told that the other half would be loaded onto a CHASE debit card. I did not want it. I wanted the funds deposited directly into my bank account per my authorization instructions. That never happened. I was told that the pay card was the only option for us to receive the remainder of our funds. FYI, there are fees associated with this card. And we were coerced to take it. We were told that the funds would be available that evening at 8PM EST. They weren't there. I went into the office on 12/10/12 to inquire about the remaining funds. I was told they would be there. They weren't. I was told the funds would be available on 12/11/12. They aren't there. An Operations Manager insinuated that we weren't grateful for being retained after Hurricane Sandy and that he took that it personally. I walked out because I couldn't continue to take his condescending attitude and insulting demeanor. Disgusting.

Pros

Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

Cons

The scheduling could be more flexible .
