Pros
Easy money if you can deal with people cussing in your ear. Once training is over, your just another person in the floor of over 100 people, so there really isn't a 'boss' looking over your shoulder.
Cons
Management - Their attitude left a pretty heavy "I hate my job" impression. Coworkers - Drama heavy, lots of people with mental issues, just weird folks in general.
