The biggest pro by far is the team. Everyone is talented, friendly and always willing to help. No question ever feels too small. The company is fully remote, so you get to work with brilliant people from across the UK. Flexible working isn’t just a perk on paper – it’s genuinely used by the whole team, whether to work when they’re most productive or around other commitments. For me, this has meant being able to work around childcare and has created an amazing work-life balance. Annual leave is generous and there’s never any stress about taking it. Another big plus, especially in marketing, is the company’s strong reputation and glowing client reviews. It makes the work really rewarding and creates a positive, motivating environment.

Honestly, none that I can think of, and I’m almost a year in!

The people. The team are amazing, very close-knit and show incredible teamwork. There is a really strong company culture with everyone pulling in the same direction. Variation of projects. Without sounding cliche no two days are the same. We could work on a minor extension one day, and an NSIP project the next. Fully remote, flexible working hours (helps with nursery/ school runs!) and minimum 25 days annual leave.
