      No contact on furlough No checking in to see how things are Clueless in terms of managing the sales function and poor management team Focused solely on new business and not on the customer success of clients coming in Reactive rather than proactive

      Pros

      - Remote working availability. - Early finish on Fridays. - The business is clearly equipped to become a player in the market. - SEO product is the shining light.

      Cons

      - Lack of direction working with the marketplace product that we were told to sell. - Once the product sold, customers complained it wasn't working. - Endless role plays about how we should sell the product, only to be told after 6 weeks of role plays that we were going to be put on furlough. - Barely any communication from the owners of the company.

      Pros

      Great company in a fast-paced growth phase. Brilliant employee benefits, with lots of flexibility, remote working and 4 day work week. There's a leadership team who are wanting to do all the right things. And a great team are in place.

      Cons

      Very little to grumble about, I'd be nit-picking.
