Bad overall experience for an engineer - Software Engineer Adyoulike Employee Review

- Great people to work with - the company ensures they hire employees that are hardworking, enjoyable to be around, and always willing to help - With minimal experience in the field prior to being hired, I received great training from my Manager for the first few months that allowed me to succeed in my role - As it's a smaller company, there were lot of opportunities to learn about different aspects of the company

- Lack of communication across markets / top level executives in terms of products, tech issues, general information, etc - occasionally lead to confusion or miscommunication for employees

There are no pros for working here.

They offer absolutely no training or guidance as to what they want. They throw you in, telling you they want you to traverse new processes and then tell you that you’re wrong in the way you do things when you come up with those processes. They do not care about their employees as people, and do not care to cater to employees needs or foster any type of career growth.
