Pros
- A company that believes in the growth and happiness of it's employees. - Great culture, passionate people, great place to work :) - Work with celebrities and influencers I have never had a job that management really cares about treating an employee like an actual human they really make an effort to get to know you. In my past experiences most companies only see you like a robot. Having bosses that are influencers and celebrities you would expect to get looked down on but they treat us with so much respect and equality. Something pretty amazing to note is that work life balance is remarkable. Being a parent is something that is a big part of my life and they understand when you have a parent teacher conference, etc. They even have a policy where you can bring your child to work, which is wonderful. This is a fun company that really cares about the well being of an employee their growth and development as a person and in the company. The people I work with are talented, hard-working, passionate, and care about each other as people. We do fun, high quality, creative work!
