Pros
Epitome of micromanagement. Unfriendly people, terrible location, overall not a good company in my experience. Perks were ok, but nothing special that any other decent company doesn’t offer. The drama and crappy environment, stress, etc., was NOT worth it!!!!
Cons
Lowball you on pay if you don’t say the right number, shady practices like using people as placeholders bc they’re so desperate for an employee. Stiff office environment, it’s like a library had a baby with the military… boring and Debbie Downers who are insecure are managers and supervisors. Playing favorites… of course, some do that but it’s pretty pathetic. If you want to time travel back to MIDDLE SCHOOL with gossip, sneaking wine daily at 4pm with higher ups, and not being appreciated WHATSOEVER, then go for it.
