Pros
The engineering team is so incompetent that folks at Austin office have stopped giving any work. You get a month to deliver something which could normally be done in a couple of days. So if you don't want to work, this is the place for you
Cons
Politics, Regionalism, favoritism. The bonus is usually 50-70 % of the what us promised even if you are amongst the top performer. Salary increments are paltry.
